With a clear little ghost sitting at his shoulder and a grey hooked for a right hand, the left is a clenched metal fist as his bare endoskeleton legs stick out through tattered brown shorts. The exterior of his packaging shows a ghost escaping from Foxy's open mouth, while the interior shows the same ghost flying through the vent of the security room. The protective sleeve is a close-up of the pizzeria's wall and displays Foxy's figure through the large clear window at its front.
