Created by sculptor Masaki Apsy and first released as a resin cast kit at Wonder Festival 2003 Summer, RAcaseal then received a 1/12 scale model kit in May 2011.

From there, with the new setting of Phantasy Star Online 2, in August 2015 a new CAST designed and sculpted by Masaki Apsy was released under the name Vermilion Guardian Shiki.
