The exterior of his packaging sees Sly standing atop a building and looking back cheekily with his cane slung over a shoulder. While the interior sees a dark blue night lit with spotlight beams above the jagged silhouettes of a city, this then continues onto the protective sleeve where his figure can be seen through the large clear window at the packaging's front.
